Where are you based & do you travel?
I'm split between Baltimore & Chicago so I fly frequently and love to capture destination opportunities.
If you would like me to film your event outside Baltimore, DC, or Chicago, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. Client is to cover flight & hotel for destination locations. International destinations require a 4-night minimum stay.
What is your booking process?
1. Inquiry: Fill out the Contact Form
2. Consultation: We'll call, FaceTime, or Zoom to discuss your needs & to see if we're a good fit. Expect roughly 15-20 minutes.
3. Booking: a 25% retainer of the total price & signed contract is required for reservation & booking.
4. Planning & Questionnaire: Once booked, we dive into the planning process! A questionnaire may need to be filled out.
5. Shooting & Delivery: On the day of the event, we capture beautiful imagery. Your videos and/or images will be delivered a few weeks afterwards via online gallery link.
Do you have monthly payment plans?
I absolutely do. I actually prefer to setup monthly payment plans.
Do you have commercial business liability insurance?
Yes. It is a $2M business liability policy provided by Full Frame Insurance. I also carry professional liability as well.
When will we get our videos?
Standard delivery is up to 4 weeks for the trailer and up to 12 weeks for the highlight, but rush services are available for quicker delivery.
Why is that? Because video editing is much more labor intensive than photos and can easily take 40+ hours to edit a trailer + highlight film.
Once finished, you will receive an online gallery link with your videos and/or photos to download & share!
Can some package add-on's be dropped & changed?
Of course, as long as it's not the engagement session coverage!
The engagement session is a vital step, almost a near requirement, not only for us to meet before your wedding day, but so you also can learn how I pose & what to expect on the day-of.
If it is not needed, an extra hour on day-of may be substituted.
What if I can't pose myself?
That's why you are hiring a professional! I am here to guide you through posing so it looks effortless & not forced.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit/debit cards or ACH transfers via Square or Stripe.
Do you include a 2nd professional videographer?
So I've been a solo shooter for the past 3 years and I actually rarely have a 2nd videographer!
However, the Premiere does includes a 2nd videographer. One may be added to the other packages for an industry standard rate of 100/hr.
How long with my highlight video be?
Generally, it depends on the length of coverage needed for the event & the amount of content there is to capture.
We do offer multiple coverage options which allow for enough content to be captured to produce a cinematic highlight film ranging 3 to 5+ minutes.
We typically do not offer extended documentary cut films (ie. 15+ minutes), but certain exemptions may be made.

What kind of gear do you shoot on?
My nickname in the photo/video community is affectionately "Netflix Nate."
I shoot primarily on a Netflix-capable Sony FX3 & FX30 Cinema Line camera. I also have a Sony A7 III 4K capable camera for a 3rd body with Sony & Tamron lenses ranging from super wide 20mm to a 180mm telephoto.
Stabilization: Ronin-S gimbal and Avella carbon fiber monopod w/ K5 Komodo video head.
Lighting: Godox LA200BI for key & ML60BI for fill light plus two CAME-TV Q-Series 55W spotlights.
Audio: DJI Mics, Tascam DR-10L's wired lavaliers and a Tascam DR-40x field recorder.
