CONSULTATION

We’ll meet online via Zoom or FaceTime to discuss everything wedding related, including reviewing my packages, a la carte options, video album options & create a sample monthly payment plan with zero % interest to help meet your budget.

RESERVE YOUR DATE

After meeting, I’ll send you a proposal with sample contract to review and your payment options. Once the required retainer is made & contract is signed, you’re booked! I’ll then start sending you guides & questionnaires.

For the couples that want it all, this package includes everything to relive your wedding day unforgettable as it happened.

Beginning with an upgraded Love Story engagement session, the two will you tell your own story, in your own words. Perfect to announce or even play at your wedding.

Then on the day of, enjoy up to 12 hours of coverage with 2 videographers capturing all the memories plus extended deliverables to watch for years to come.

On the day of, you’ll have 8 hours of coverage plus rewatch your ceremony over & over again.

QUESTIONS?

I’m based in the Baltimore, MD but frequently capture weddings in the Washington D.C., Annapolis & Eastern Shore areas of Maryland.

If you’re getting married outside the DMV or looking for a destination film, ask me about availability, I travel frequently

1. Discovery: Fill out the inquiry form & we’ll call, FaceTime, or Zoom to discuss your needs & to see if we’re a good fit. Expect roughly 15-20 minutes.
2. Booking: a 25% retainer of the total price & signed contract is required for reservation & booking.
3. Planning & Questionnaire: Once booked, we dive into the planning process! A questionnaire may need to be filled out.
4. Shooting & Delivery: On the day of the event, we capture beautiful imagery. Your videos and/or images will be delivered a few weeks afterwards via online gallery link.

That’s why you are hiring a professional! I am here to guide you through posing so it looks effortless & not forced.

I accept all major credit/debit cards or ACH transfers via Square or Stripe.

Yes. It is a $2M business liability policy provided by Full Frame Insurance. I also carry professional liability as well.

Not in all packages. I’ve been a solo shooter for the past 8 years and I actually rarely have a 2nd videographer, unless you are getting ready in different locations.

However, the Premiere package does includes a 2nd videographer. One may be added to the other packages for an industry standard rate of 150/hr.

My nickname in the photo/video community is affectionately “Netflix Nate.” I shoot primarily on a Netflix-capable Sony FX3 & FX30 Cinema Line cameras. I also have a Sony A7 III 4K capable camera for a 4th body with Sony & Tamron lenses ranging from super wide 20mm to a 180mm telephoto. Stabilization: Ronin-S gimbal and Avella carbon fiber monopod w/ K5 Komodo video head. Lighting: Godox LA200BI for key & ML60BI for fill light plus two CAME-TV Q-Series 55W spotlights. Audio: DJI Mics, Tascam DR-10L’s wired lavaliers and a Tascam DR-40x field recorder.

As standard industry practice, copyright on everything filmed stays with me but your final films are yours to keep and share forever.

If you want the unedited raw footage too, it’s available as an add-on for purchase, just mention it on your discovery call so we can scope it into your package.


Copyright transfer is also available for purchase.

Standard delivery is up to 4 weeks for the trailer and up to 16 weeks for the highlight, but rush services are available for quicker delivery.

Why is that? Because video editing is much more labor intensive than photos and can easily take 40+ hours to edit a trailer + highlight film.

Once finished, you will receive an online gallery link with your videos and/or photos to download & share!
