Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based in Baltimore, MD but frequently capture weddings in the Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, Annapolis, and Eastern Shore areas of Maryland. If you're getting married outside the DMV or looking for a destination film, ask about availability, I travel frequently.

What is your booking process?

Discovery: fill out the inquiry form and we'll call, FaceTime, or Zoom to discuss your needs. Booking: a 25% retainer and signed contract secures your date. Planning and Questionnaire: once booked, we dive into planning. Shooting and Delivery: your videos and photos are delivered a few weeks after the event via an online gallery link.

What if I can't pose myself?

That's why you're hiring a professional. I guide you through posing so it looks effortless and not forced.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards or ACH transfers via Square or Stripe.

Do you have commercial business insurance?

Yes. I carry a $2M business liability policy through Full Frame Insurance, plus professional liability coverage.

Do you include a 2nd videographer?

Not in all packages. I've been a solo shooter for 8 years and rarely need a 2nd videographer unless the couple is getting ready in different locations. The Premiere package includes a 2nd videographer. One can be added to other packages at the industry-standard rate of $150 per hour.

What kind of gear do you shoot on?

I shoot primarily on Netflix-capable Sony FX3 and FX30 Cinema Line cameras, with a Sony A7 III as a 4th body and Sony and Tamron lenses from 20mm to 180mm. Stabilization is a Ronin-S gimbal and an Avella carbon fiber monopod with a K5 Komodo video head. Lighting is Godox LA200BI and ML60BI plus two CAME-TV Q-Series spotlights. Audio is DJI Mics, Tascam DR-10L wired lavaliers, and a Tascam DR-40x field recorder.

Do we get the raw footage, or do we own the footage you shoot?

As standard industry practice, copyright on everything filmed stays with me, but your final films are yours to keep and share forever. Raw footage is available as a paid add-on, and copyright transfer is also available for purchase.

When will we get our videos?

Standard delivery is up to 4 weeks for the trailer and up to 16 weeks for the highlight film, with rush services available for faster delivery. You'll receive an online gallery link to download and share your videos and photos.

Yes. I started in wedding photography for 3 years before moving to video. If I can’t shoot it, I’ll work with a trusted associate photographer, so you can book one coordinated team for video and photography, one point of contact, one seamless day.
